Debbie Panther, a degreed artist from a top Graphic Design program in the Pacific Northwest, first began drawing as a toddler and hasn't stopped creating ever since. She supplemented her design degree with various painting and other fine art classes. What sets her apart is her unique ability to adapt her talent to a very diverse range of clients' artistic tastes. Now commissioned for fine art products varying from murals and wall hangings, to children's art and teaching materials, she will skillfully fulfill your design needs. |

MURALS AND WALL HANGINGS: Debbie's murals create an appealing mood in any room... instill a warm ambience in any dining or living area; complement a nursery with soft playful scenes or to match your existing theme; instill an appealing atmosphere in plain hallways, restrooms, recreation rooms; or add a playful or fun atmosphere to a child's room. Debbie's early murals in 2001 were beautiful complements to homes and commercial spaces, and she also applied her mural skills to a number of small (9' by 10') theatrical play props. More recent commissions have varied between flower gardens, fun cartoon characters and modern stone pillar images, as well as Hawaiian paintings in part inspired by her extended family's festive Hawaiian culture. |

ARTWORK FOR CHILDREN: Debbie's beautiful, fun artwork for children catches the attention of children and adults alike. One of her great loves is designing wall hangings and murals for children's rooms... anything from delightful animated characters to peaceful, colorful, or playful scenes. Her creative flair brought out hidden talents in many students during the nearly three years she taught junior high Creative Art classes. Also, as an Instructional Assistant for more than two years, she sometimes used her artistic talents to explain math and English concepts to struggling students, in a way they could understand. Her love for children also shows in the more than 30 brightly painted flashcards and over 100 rubber stamps she designed for teachers and students. Most of Debbie's work is available locally or can be shipped. Based in the Portland Metro and Salem area of Oregon. |
